Ordering & Delivery

• Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or phone call; the website itself does not process online payments or checkouts.
• Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by our team.
• Delivery (where offered) is carried out in accordance with applicable Telangana State Excise rules; we reserve the right to limit delivery areas or decline orders that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with local regulations.
• Payment terms (cash on delivery, UPI, etc. — specify whichever you actually accept) should be confirmed at the time of ordering.
• Orders may be cancelled or modified by contacting us directly via WhatsApp/phone before dispatch.
